Fue construido en 1928 para reemplazar en anterior mercado que se ubicaba en la plaza Dr. Cajal, frente al Ayuntamiento, al aire libre. Este edificio se enclava dentro de las mejoras sociales y sanitarias que se llevaron a cabo a principios del siglo XX. Presenta un edificio con dos cuerpos y tejado a dos aguas con apenas ornamentación dado su carácter funcional. Ha sido recientemente rehabilitado y en su interior pueden adquirirse productos frescos y de proximidad.
Horario: de lunes a sábado de 8h a 14h y viernes de 17h a 20h
